The Montreal Holocaust Museum is wheelchair-accessible. The entry to the building has an access ramp and the Museum is equipped with an elevator to facilitate access to both floors of the exhibition.
While the Museum does not offer reserved parking, there is free parking available on adjacent streets.
Buses can use the drop-off zone in front of the Museum prior to finding a parking spot.
The exhibition is entirely bilingual.
Videos are available with French or English subtitles, depending on the language in which they were filmed.
A visit to the Museum can take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.

*The permanent exhibition is not suitable for a young audience (under the age of 8)
